Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) awarded 625 MWp solar project bids at ₹2.34/kWh to Welspun Renewable Energy and NLC India Renewable India. Each company will develop 300 MW at locations already under construction or commissioned across India. The tariff is lower than the 2025 tender of ₹2.
