In the first half of 2025, Greece added just 152.2 MW of Wind capacity, bringing the national total to 5,507 MW. Though double last year’s figure, growth remains slow. Delays—mainly due to bureaucratic hurdles—are stalling 846 MW of auction-awarded projects. Currently, 1 GW is under construction, with an additional 300 MW pending.
