Goldwind approved a ¥18.9bn ($2.7bn) green hydrogen project in Inner Mongolia, integrating 3GW wind power, 1.2GW electrolysis, biomass gasification, and annual production of 600,000 tons of methanol and 400,000 tons of ammonia. The project aligns with China’s carbon neutrality goals and hydrogen subsidies, aiming to boost long-term profitability.
