Spanish engineering firm Global Dominion Access sold six solar parks in the Dominican Republic for over USD 375 million, marking a shift to a non-ownership renewable energy model. The parks have a total capacity of 321 MWp with long-term PPAs. Dominion received USD 102 million upfront, retaining a 20% stake for three years.
