Fusion Fuel Green’s subsidiary Bright Hydrogen Solutions (BrightHy) will deliver large-scale green hydrogen projects under a €30m ($35m) investment deal. Bright Hydrogen Holdings, with a majority shareholder partner, will fund and own projects, while BrightHy remains Fusion Fuel’s subsidiary and exclusive developer.
