Haryana is set to launch India’s first hydrogen-powered train, with Northern Railway’s pilot between Jind and Sonipat nearly complete. The eight-coach train, built at Chennai’s Integral Coach Factory, features metro-style design, power cars at both ends, air-conditioning, and silent operation.
