France awarded just over 1 GW onshore wind across 63 projects in the 12th round of its PPE2 tender, DGEC said. Of 171 applications totaling 2.7 GW, winners secured weighted average price €78.57/MWh, up from €77.28/MWh previously. ESCOFI topped rankings with 5 projects totaling 102.2 MW (10.2%), followed by Q Energy 93.
