America's first green ammonia complex has begun production in Boone, Iowa, thanks to a $3/kg clean hydrogen tax credit. The facility, a collaboration between Landus and TalusAg, produces 20 tonnes of ammonia daily using renewable power, water, and air. This initiative aims to provide a sustainable and cost-competitive fertilizer supply for American farmers, significantly reducing the carbon intensity score of biofuel feedstocks by up to 25%.
