Estonian authorities have selected Oxan Energy and SNOW to build the 900 MW Saare 1 offshore wind project, 60 km off Saaremaa island. Covering 88 km² with a water depth of up to 85 meters, the project will use floating wind technology, potentially combined with bottom-fixed technologies.
