Prozeal Green Energy, Gujarat-based IPP and EPC player, signed framework agreement to divest 100 MW solar project in Gujarat to European IPP for Rs 460 crore, (Rs 4,600 million) subject to necessary approvals. Project scheduled operational in 2027, targeting growing commercial and industrial renewable demand, said co-founder Manan Thakkar.
