Chinese company Envision Energy and Turkey’s Mensis Enerji signed an exclusivity agreement to jointly develop a 4.5 GW wind power portfolio with integrated storage. Envision brings turbine manufacturing, AI, and grid integration expertise, while Mensis provides local market knowledge. The partnership targets Turkey’s 2035 energy goals by combining generation, storage, and digital optimization to enhance efficiency and industrialization.
