Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd, through its subsidiary EIE Renewables, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% stake in Suyog Urja Limited for about ₹311 crore in a phased deal. It will initially acquire 51%, with the remaining 49% over 27 months, completing by July 2028. Suyog Urja, a wind and solar EPC player with over 500 MW executed projects, will help strengthen EIE’s renewable portfolio, expand into wind energy, and enhance geographic presence across India.
