Enviro Infra Engineers’ step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja, incorporated Wind Earth Private Limited on August 19, 2026, to expand renewable power activities. Enviro Infra Engineers holds a 51% stake in the new entity. Wind Earth has an authorized capital of ₹5 lakh and plans to develop wind power, hydropower, biogas and biomass gasification projects in India and abroad.
