French energy company ENGIE has secured financial closure for its 200 MW Solar Project in Khavda, Gujarat, developed via its subsidiary Enren-II Energy. Partnering with MUFG Bank and Crédit Agricole CIB, the project will generate about 550 GWh annually and cut over 1,650 tonnes of CO₂ yearly. Signed in 2024 with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd, this marks ENGIE’s fourth Solar Venture in Gujarat.
