INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, a Lithuania-based fund, has agreed to sell its entire solar portfolio in Poland to Airengy for EUR 23.7 million. The forward sale will transfer ownership in three stages between 2026 and 2027, following completion of the solar parks and obtaining necessary permits.
