Enel completed a $760 million acquisition of 810 MWdc (625 MWac) of operational US solar from Excelsior Energy Capital, expecting to add $90 million annually to ordinary EBITDA. The portfolio includes Faraday Solar in Utah (682 MWdc / 525 MWac, operational since September 2025) and Skyhawk Solar in Tennessee (127 MWdc / 100 MWac, operational since 2023).
