Infinity Power and Hassan Allam Utilities Energy have signed a PPA with Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company for the 1 GW Ras Shokeir Wind Project in Egypt's Red Sea Governorate. Spanning 143 sq km in the Gulf of Suez wind corridor, the project will supply clean electricity to over 1.2 million homes and avoid 1.
