Delhi Cabinet on Tuesday approved the second amendment to Delhi Solar Energy Policy, 2023, offering free rooftop solar systems up to 3 kW for domestic consumers using up to 400 units monthly. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said consumers using up to 200 units will continue to get subsidy and earn an energy-saving incentive for power saved.
