Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy has issued a pre-qualification request for a 500MW solar PV project in West Nile under a Build-Own-Operate model. The tender is being managed by the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, which will purchase power through a long-term PPA framework.
