Renault will fully acquire electric van joint venture Flexis, buying Volvo’s and CMA CGM’s stakes by mid-2026. Production of the Renault Trafic Van E-Tech electric will start at the Sandouville plant in France by the end of 2026. As part of the deal, Volvo will market the vehicle from 2027 through Renault Trucks.
