Eclipse Energy and Wood Group signed an MoU to develop hydrogen production by repurposing depleted oil fields globally. The approach uses existing oilfield infrastructure to reduce costs and enable scalable, low-carbon hydrogen production. Eclipse leads technology development while Wood provides engineering, decarbonization, and lifecycle analysis support.
