ContourGlobal has entered the Greek market by acquiring 500MW/2GWh of battery energy storage capacity through two transactions with FRV and Zephiros. The portfolio includes the 100MW/400MWh Taxiarches project, set for construction in 2026 and operation in 2027, and six additional BESS projects. All assets have key approvals and qualify under Greece’s Priority Regime.
