Azure Power has paused its Joint Venture process for a 950 MW Solar portfolio in Rajasthan, which included 300 MW operational capacity at Bhadla and 650 MW ready-to-build. Non-binding offers covered up to 50% at an implied enterprise value of ₹4,100 crore. The 650 MW requires about ₹3,300 crore capex if developed solo.
