SJVN issued RfS on Sept 16, 2025, receiving 15 technical bids for 3,110 MW. E-reverse auction held Feb 27, 2026 selected four developers for full capacity; LoAs issued March 19, 2026: Urdhvaga 120 MW, Adyant 110 MW, KPI Green Energy 300 MW at Rs 3.
