Coal India Limited’s board has approved a ₹3160 crore corporate guarantee for its subsidiary, CIL Rajasthan Akshay Urja Limited (CRAUL), to support debt financing for an 875 MW solar PV project. The joint venture, with 74% stake held by Coal India and 26% by RRVUNL, aims to expand renewable capacity.
