GERC approved a Battery Energy Storage Sale Agreement between GUVNL and the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for 150 MW/300 MWh of Energy Storage capacity. GUVNL must publicly disclose bidder details and tariff quotes. The project, to be developed by JSW ReNew Energy in Rajasthan, will support grid services and has an effective price of ₹644,473 (~$7,715) per MW/month.
