Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) secured a contract for difference (CfD) for 245MW from Romania’s 400MW Pestera 2 wind project. Acquired by CIP’s Growth Markets Fund 2 in 2024, the €500m project won a 15-year CfD at €64.9/MWh. Located in Constanta, it benefits from strong wind resources.
