Coal India (CIL) and Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd (RRVUNL) have entered in a joint venture to develop renewable energy projects in Rajasthan. Initial paid-up share capital of the project will be of Rs 10,00,000. The joint venture will be a private limited company with Coal India having 74 per cent stake of the company while RRVUNL having 26 per cent of it.
