The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) has issued notices to Ola, Reliance, and Rajesh Exports for failing to meet targets under the Battery Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme. Penalties range from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 12.5 lakh per day from January 2025 until targets are met. The penalties will be deducted from future benefits.
