The OPIS benchmark for Chinese TOPCon modules rose 1.14% to $0.089/W FOB China, driven by strong domestic demand. Prices for Q2 2025 loading cargoes increased to $0.089/W, with slight hikes seen in Q3 and Q4 2025. In Europe, TOPCon prices for ≥600 W modules rose 1%. U.S. prices for TOPCon dropped to $0.
