CERC has granted a transmission license to POWERGRID Ananthpuram Kurnool Transmission Limited (PAKTL) for crucial infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh, enabling the integration of Renewable Energy into the National Grid. The project, costing ₹45.64 crores, involves constructing three 400kV line bays and is set for completion by March 2026, supporting a capacity of 3,500 MW from various developers.
