CERC Approves Tariffs for NTPC’s 1000 MW Wind-Solar Projects

The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) approved tariffs ranging from ₹3.43 to ₹3.46 per kWh for NTPC’s 1000 MW ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid power projects. However, CERC rejected NTPC’s request for a ₹0.07 per kWh trading margin. The margin will follow the provisions of the power sale agreements (PSAs) between NTPC and distribution licensees.
