China’s CATL, is seeking a second listing in Hong Kong to increase its global presence. The proposal is pending approval from regulators, including the China Securities Regulatory Commission and shareholders. The EV battery giant’s move is to further expand its battery dominance across globe. The offer is expected to complete within 18 months or the agreed extension period.
