Spanish renewables investor Bruc has refinanced EUR 474 million (USD 555.7 million) of debt for its solar and battery portfolio. The non-recourse financing covers 858 MW of operational photovoltaic plants across Andalusia, Aragon, and Extremadura, co-owned with Switzerland’s Interogo Holding. Arranged with BNP Asset Management, Banco Santander, Banco Sabadell, EDC, and Banco Cooperativo, the green loan includes an accordion facility enabling up to 650 MW of additional co-located battery projects under hybrid power purchase agreements.
