Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) has approved Joint Ventures with Sembcorp Green Hydrogen India Pvt. Ltd. to develop Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen Projects, and with GPS Renewables Pvt. Ltd. to establish Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants across India. BPCL will hold a 50% stake in both ventures, with share capital details to be finalized in the agreements.
