Bluspring Enterprises, through its subsidiary Bluspring New Horizon, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% stake in STEAG Energy Services India from Germany’s STEAG Power GmbH. The deal, expected to close in 60–90 days, will strengthen Bluspring’s capabilities in O&M, engineering, and digital solutions.
