Arevon Energy has secured $920 million in financing for its 300 MW Nighthawk Energy Storage Project in California, currently under construction in Poway. The facility will power 385,000 homes for up to four hours during peak demand and enhance grid reliability in the San Diego region. Supported by debt, equity, and tax credit financing, the project underscores the growing role of large-scale battery storage in strengthening grids and advancing the energy transition.
