BlackSoil has acquired the solar financing business of Credit Fair, marking its entry into India’s renewable energy lending sector. The acquisition includes ₹152.6 crore in assets under management, the management team, technology platform, brand, and operational infrastructure. BlackSoil also gains partnerships with leading solar companies, enabling financing for residential solar customers and MSMEs.
