Bihar Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav announced ₹50,000 crore investment in the state’s energy sector. BSPGCL signed a PPA for the 185 MW Kajra solar project with 282 MWh battery storage, connected to the 132 kV grid in under 18 months. The second phase will add 116 MW solar and 241 MWh storage, reaching 301 MW and 523 MWh by January 2027, boosting energy supply, grid stability, and promoting green, reliable power for Bihar’s future.
