BHEL has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Norway’s Hystar AS for PEM electrolyser systems, supporting green hydrogen projects and phased domestic manufacturing. The partnership will strengthen BHEL’s capabilities in advanced electrolyser technology and expand its presence across India’s emerging green hydrogen value chain.
