Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF), the infrastructure fund of Neo Group, has acquired SolarArise India Projects Pvt. Ltd from ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust for ₹1,400 crore. The acquisition adds 433.5 MWp of operational solar assets across five Indian states, marking NIIOF’s entry into the renewable energy sector.
