Azerbaijan Allocates 100 MW Solar Capacity in Auction at US$3.54c/kWh

Azerbaijan has concluded its first Renewable Energy auction, allocating 100 MW of Solar Capacity. The lowest bid of US$3.54c/kWh came from China's Universal International Holding, which will build the plant in Garadagh by 2027. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) supports Renewable Energy Projects across 18 countries, including planned auctions in Azerbaijan and other nations.
