Australian company Wind With Purpose (WWP) plans to build the 2.5 GW Catalpa Offshore Wind Farm southwest of Garden Island, WA, as part of its 5 GW wind portfolio. The project is the third stage of its Kwinana Wind Zone, following 50 MW and 200 MW onshore farms. WWP aims for 1.5 GW operational by 2030, supporting WA’s clean energy transition and decarbonisation goals.
