The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has dismissed an interim relief plea filed by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited and another appellant in a tariff dispute involving Aavanti Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd.’s 20 MW solar project. The Tribunal found the appellants had delayed challenging the Karnataka regulator’s 2021 order that allowed a tariff of ₹4.
