The Andhra Pradesh government has approved Adani Hydro Energy Eleven Ltd’s 2,250 MW Gandikota-2 Pumped Storage Project in YSR Kadapa district. Developed under the Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024, the project will be among India’s largest pumped storage facilities and is scheduled for completion in 72 months.
