Ingka Investments Sustainable Resources B.V., the investment arm of Ingka Group, has acquired 100% of Saimaa Solar Private Limited from IB Vogt Singapore Pte Ltd. CMS INDUSLAW advised Ingka on the transaction, with dedicated teams covering corporate, projects and tax aspects. Saimaa Solar will operate a subsidy-free 210 MWp solar project in Rajasthan.
