Swedish sodium-ion battery developer Altris and Czech chemical company Draslovka are collaborating to build a European industrial-scale sodium-ion cathode value chain. Draslovka will convert an existing Kolin facility line to produce Altris’ cathode active material, targeting 350 tonnes annually, or 175 MWh of cell capacity.
