ACWA Power advances USD 2.6 billion 1.5 GW Kungrad wind project in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, presented to President Mirziyoyev, entering active construction. It includes 1,500 km transmission, three new 500 kV substations and two modernized, set to be CIS's largest wind farm. ACWA holds 2.3 GW operational or under construction with USD 4 billion investment, including Nukus 1 and 2.
