RERC granted ACME Aklera Power Technology ₹47.60 crore (11.10 & 36.50) in Change-in-Law compensation for its 250 MW project after GST rose from 5% to 12% and BCD was imposed on modules and cells. The award includes ₹30.98 crore for BCD, ₹8.94 crore for GST, and ₹7.50 crore carrying cost, paid via a 15-year annuity at 9%.
