ACCIONA Energía Sells 361 MW Wind Portfolio for €432 Million to Galp New Energies in Spain

ACCIONA Energía has completed the sale of a 361 MW portfolio of 15 operational wind farms in Spain to Galp New Energies for an equity value of €432 million, excluding financial debt. The assets, spread across six Spanish provinces, have an average operating age of 21 years. The transaction is expected to generate a capital gain of €255 million and supports ACCIONA Energía’s asset rotation strategy to optimize capital allocation.
